ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, CONTENT STRATEGY
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support our SVS Content Strategy team with client development and content strategy initiatives.

We are recruiting for an Account Coordinator, Content Strategy to join our growing Social Video Services team. This entry level role supports the SVS content strategy team by handling calendar scheduling, emails, and project organization for client development initiatives and content strategy initiatives across SVS. They will learn to optimize and distribute video content for YouTube and social video platforms across a range of verticals. They will dabble in simple analytical report generation, graphic design, copywriting, community management, deck design and assembly, YouTube channel/social platform maintenance, content logging, channel uploads/social publishing, Maps and Paragon management and other general support to the SVS content strategy team.
We are a digital content studio and broadcaster, specializing in distribution and monetization of video content across YouTube and all social platforms, as well as production of original and brand-funded video content. We manage YouTube channels and social video for over 100 global TV brands, from Gordon Ramsay to Formula E. We also produce original and branded video content, and have launched several award-winning branded campaigns. We have offices in London, Munich, Berlin and Los Angeles.
HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Helping to build and maintain social content calendars for clients
- Managing workflows, project management tools, internal and external communications, and task execution
- Growing a social media audience, and understanding the types of content that keeps them engaged
- Managing community features on social platforms, including creation of images, GIFs and social posts
- Writing copy for posts on social platforms, understanding the importance of editorial voice and tone
- Using social media analytics to help inform strategic content decisions
- Managing a materials library, following existing edit processes and naming conventions
- Supporting the Content Strategy team with administrative tasks like scheduling calls, managing calendars, responding to emails
- Supporting the Content Strategy team with different deliverables like pitch decks and client decks
- Helping to build and maintain YouTube channels: Optimizing video assets with Photoshop designer thumbnails and well written titles/descriptions, utilizing all YouTube products, creative ideation and uploading to a schedule agreed with the channel management team
- Growing a YouTube and/or social video audience, and understanding the types of content that keeps them engaged
- Managing community features on YouTube
- Writing copy for posts on YouTube, understanding the importance of editorial voice and tone
- Using YouTube analytics to help inform strategic channel decisions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- 1+ years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience
- Remote Experience
- Good knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms and an interest in the differences between them
- A basic understanding of YouTube analytics
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop to create YouTube thumbnails
- Some knowledge of the YouTube and Facebook content management system and other video platforms (bonus)
- Excellent knowledge of social platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other non-YouTube platforms) and an interest in the differences between them
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop to create social media posts (bonus)
- Some knowledge of social media management systems and tools (bonus)
- Proficiency in other languages (bonus)
- An understanding of social media analytics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work
- Team player with a hard-working flexible attitude, a good sense of humor and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
- Interest in popular culture and social media trends
